The policy of making a series of voice lectures regarding the Constitution of Japan
I have been rigorously making a series of lectures regarding the Constitution of Japan. This is one of my major projects as an essential activity of social contribution for the sake of the current Japanese society.
The constitution performs as the basis of domestic laws. This means that the Japanese constitution surely guides Japanese nationals who live under this constitution.
It goes without saying that I shall risk not only my honor but my life in order to lecture upon this constitution. I shall continue making a series of the lectures based upon serious responsibility as a lawyer.

第6条では、天皇の国事行為に関して、「国会の指名に基づいて、天皇が国事行為として内閣総理大臣を任命すること」、そして、「内閣の指名に基づいて、天皇が最高裁判所の長たる裁判官を任命すること」が定められています。このたびの英語音声講義においては、特に、「指名」(designation)の概念と「任命」(appointment)の概念の相違について講じました。
